Signals

Read what your buyers are saying, before AI quotes it back.

GetIntel files the Reddit threads in your market by topic and writes a conclusion for each one: what people raised, which tools they named, and whether your brand came up. Scanned daily, summarised across the week.

We run 60 AI checks (20 buyer questions × 3 engines) to see if you get named.

Both sides of the conversation

What buyers say, and what AI says about you.

One is the discussion the engines read. The other is what those engines repeat when someone asks about you directly. You need both to know whether a gap is awareness or trust.

Brand checks

What the engines say when asked about you directly.

Every week the engines are asked two things about your brand: can they confirm what you do, and what do people say about you. You see whether you were named and the answer in full, which separates the engines not knowing you from the engines knowing you and choosing someone else.

  • Validation: can the engines confirm what you actually do
  • Sentiment: what they report people saying about you
  • Whether you were named, with the answer text kept
  • Re-checked weekly, so you can see it move

How it works

From subreddit to summary.

No listening rules to configure and no keyword lists to maintain. The topics you already track decide what gets watched.

01

Your topics pick the rooms

GetIntel maps the subreddits where your category actually talks, from the same topics it scores for you.

02

Threads get filed by topic

New threads are collected daily and filed against the topic they belong to, with their top comments.

03

Each topic gets a conclusion

A written read of the week: what people focused on, the problems raised, the tools named, and whether you were mentioned.

04

Gaps become work

A topic where rivals get named and you do not is a gap, and it feeds the same ranked task list as everything else.

Why it matters

Today's thread is next month's citation.

The engines read it

Reddit is among the most cited domains in the answers we track, ahead of most vendor sites.

It names tools

Threads name the tools people actually use. Those names are what the engines repeat later.

Absence is the signal

"Your brand was not mentioned in these threads" is the most useful line on the page.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The threads your buyers are posting, filed by topic, and a written conclusion for each topic: what people were focused on, the problems they raised, the tools they named, a real quote from the discussion, and whether your brand came up at all. It is a read of the conversation, not a raw feed of mentions.

The scan runs every day, and each topic conclusion covers the trailing week. So a thread posted this morning is picked up today, while the summary you read stays a weekly view of where the conversation actually sits rather than a reaction to one loud post.

Because that is where the engines go. Reddit is one of the most cited domains in our own tracked category, and Perplexity and Google AI Overviews quote threads directly while the other engines synthesise the same discussions shortly after. A thread today is often a citation next week.

A weekly pass where the engines are asked about you directly: whether they can confirm what you do (validation) and what people say about you (sentiment). You see whether you were named and the answer text itself, so you can tell the difference between AI not knowing you and AI knowing you and passing you over.

Sources shows which domains and pages the engines cite when they answer your buyer questions. This page shows the conversation behind some of those citations, plus what the engines say about your brand when asked directly. Sources tells you where it landed; this tells you what was said.
