Plans and billing
What each GetIntel plan includes, how upgrades and downgrades are charged, currencies, invoices and done-for-you.

Upgrading and downgrading
Section titled “Upgrading and downgrading”- Upgrades apply immediately. You are charged the prorated difference the same day.
- Downgrades apply at the end of the billing period. Nothing changes until then. A downgrade is blocked if you use more brands or buyer questions than the lower plan allows; remove some first.
Invoices and payment method
Section titled “Invoices and payment method”Go to Settings → Billing and choose Manage subscription to open the billing portal, where you can update your card, download invoices or cancel. Billing also shows your usage: brands, buyer questions tracked and runs this month.
Currency and tax
Section titled “Currency and tax”Prices are in US dollars. Customers in India are billed in rupees with GST and can add a GSTIN at checkout. Your currency is set at your first checkout.
Done for you
Section titled “Done for you”Prefer that we do the work? Done-for-you plans cover the articles, outreach and fixes for you, with a regular call. Places are limited each month. See the options under Done for you on the Plans page, or book a call.
