GetIntel provides an AI marketing copilot that helps SaaS founders automate their marketing. Our Service includes directory submissions, SEO content generation, competitor tracking, domain rating growth, and related marketing automation features.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts
You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GetIntel only for lawful business purposes. You may NOT:

Use data for harassment, stalking, or illegal surveillance
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our data without authorization
Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract bulk data
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
Use the Service for spam, phishing, or deceptive practices
Violate any applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CCPA
Use data for discriminatory purposes in hiring, housing, or credit decisions
Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure

5. Data Accuracy and Limitations

GetIntel aggregates data from third-party public sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that information is complete, current, or error-free. You should independently verify critical business information before making decisions.

6. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
Lookup credits do not roll over between billing periods
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Refunds are provided at our discretion

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by GetIntel and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your internal business purposes only.

8. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits and fair use policies. Excessive usage or abuse may result in throttling or suspension. API credentials must be kept confidential and not shared.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws when using prospect data obtained through our Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETINTEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetIntel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
